Yes we provide leads. If you are on the 100% Commission Plan, Referral Fees for Leads are 25% at closing. If you are on the 75/25 Plan, Leads are Free, with no Referral Fees. You may also generate your own leads.
No, there are no commission caps.
Commission split depends on the compensation plan you are enrolled in. We have: The 100% Plan and the 80/20 Plan.
Regular office meetings are monthly at the beginning of each month. Other meetings may be called as needed. Meetings are conducted online using a virtually meetings tool such as zoom or Google Meet.

We do not have a strict transactions quota, but we expect that an active Agent will at least have a minimum of 1 transaxtion per month. If you need leads, we will help you get leads at 25% Referral fee.
We encourage teams and collaborative efforts, but because our Agents are Independent Contractors working remotely mostly from home, most colaborative efforts are virtual.
Yes, as long as you will still have enough time to adequately take care of clients you are working with and be able to close a minimum of 1 transaction per month.
